Write a review

After a visit is complete, open the booking in Bookings > Past and tap Leave a review.

Give 1 to 5 stars.
Under What went well?, tap the tags that fit, for example Friendly Staff, Safe Environment or My Child Was Happy.
If you give fewer than 5 stars, you can also choose tags under What could improve?
Add more detail if you want.
Tap Submit review.

You can edit your review for 48 hours after you send it. Open the booking and tap Edit review.

Your review shows on the center's page. The center can reply, and the reply shows under your review.
