Change or upgrade a booking

Change the date or time


  1. Open the booking in the Bookings tab.
  2. Tap Modify Booking.
  3. Choose a new Date or Slot, or edit your Notes to the center.
  4. Check the price change:
    • Additional charge: pay the difference by card or with DropIn credits.
    • Credit issued: the new time costs less, so we add the difference to your DropIn credits.
    • No price change
  6. Tap Save changes, Pay, or Confirm with wallet.


Rules for changes


  • You can change a booking only before your child is checked in.
  • You cannot change a booking on the day of the booking. On the day, you can only upgrade it or cancel it.
  • You can move a booking up to 30 days ahead.
  • Close to the start time (inside the center's cancellation window), you cannot move it to another day. You can still cancel it.
  • A booking paid with a free-day coupon or a package can only move to a time with the same price.


Upgrade to a full day


  • Before drop-off: open the booking and tap Upgrade to Full Day. The app shows the extra price.
  • After a morning drop-off: if your child is at the center for a morning session, tap Extend to Full Day before the morning ends. Your child can then stay until the end of the full day.
