What you need before your first booking
There are two checklists: what you need to book, and what you need to drop in your child on the day.
To book
When you tap Book Now, the app shows a Before you book checklist if something is missing.
Required for booking
- Verify phone number. Enter your number, tap Send Code, and type the 6-digit code we text you. Centers use this number to reach you, also in an emergency.
- Add a child. Enter your child's first name, last name and date of birth.
Recommended
- Add payment method. You can also add a card when you pay at checkout.
- Set your home address. It helps us show centers near you and fills in your enrollment forms.
You can also open this checklist from the profile complete banner at the top of the Home screen.
To drop in
Before a center can check in your child, each child needs 7 items on file:
- Child Information form
- Medical Authorization form
- Developmental History form
- Photo & Transport Authorization form
- Topical Application Permission form
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
These items do not stop you from booking. But until all 7 are done, the Drop In button shows Finish enrollment first, and the center cannot check in your child.
To complete them, open Account > My Children, tap your child, and use the Enrollment Forms and Documents cards. The banner shows how many of the 7 items are done.
Do this a day or more before your first visit, so drop-off is quick.
