Drop-off and pickup

Before you go

Make sure your child's 7 enrollment items are done: the 5 forms, the birth certificate and the immunization records. Without them, the center cannot check in your child. See Enrollment forms and documents.

Drop-off

1. Open the booking (or the Live tab) and tap Drop In.
2. Show the Drop In QR Code to the center staff. They scan it. You do not need to scan anything.
3. You see You're checked in.

The QR screen also shows your child's allergies, diet and medication, so staff can check them.

Pickup

1. Tap Pick Up and show the Pickup QR Code to the staff. They scan it.
2. You see Pickup confirmed.

You can also tap I picked up my child.

When someone else picks up

Only you or the emergency contact you authorized can pick up your child. You add this person in the Emergency Contact & Authorized Pickup part of the Child Information form. The person must be 18 or older and show a government-issued photo ID.

When another person arrives for pickup, the center may send you a Confirm pickup request. Check the name, then tap Yes, confirm pickup, or No, this isn't right if you do not know the person. Please answer quickly.
