Delete your account

Deleting your account cannot be undone. Before you delete it:

• Cancel any upcoming bookings you do not need.
• Use your DropIn credits, packages and coupons, or ask us about them first.

Delete your account

1. Go to Account > Danger Zone.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Type DELETE and tap Delete My Account.
4. Confirm.

You are signed out.

What happens

• You lose access to the account permanently.
• You cannot sign in again with the same email address.
• Your push notifications and saved settings are removed.

What we keep

Centers and DropIn must keep some records:

• Your booking history with centers
• Payments, invoices and wallet records
• Care logs and the reviews you left
