Sell packages of days

A package is a prepaid bundle of days at your center that parents buy up front and then spend on bookings.

Before you start

  • Set a full-day price in Pricing & Schedule first. A package is priced from that rate.
  • Staff members need the Manage Schedule permission to open Packages.

Create a package

  1. Open Packages. On a computer it is in the left sidebar under Business. On the phone app, tap More in the bottom tab bar, then Packages.
  2. Tap New package.
  3. Enter a Name, for example "7-Day Pass". You can add a short Description (optional) that parents will see.
  4. Under Applies to, choose one:
    • Entire center: usable in any room. It is priced from your highest full-day rate.
    • Specific room: usable only for bookings in that room. Pick the room from the list. It is priced from that room's full-day rate.
  5. Set the Number of days, the Discount % and the Days until expiry (after purchase).
  6. Check the price preview. It shows your full-day rate, the Effective per-day (after discount) price and what the Parent pays.
  7. Tap Create package.

Parents can buy active packages from your listing.

How parents use a package

A package holds a money value, not a fixed count of days. Parents spend that value on any slot at your center (or in the chosen room). Shorter slots use less value, so the number of days is approximate.

When you get paid

You are paid the full package amount, minus fees, as soon as a parent buys it. Parents can cancel for a full refund within 7 days if no day was used. After that, the sale is final.

Track your packages

The top of the page shows Active packages held by parents and Prepaid value outstanding (the value parents have not used yet).

Tap a package to see its details:

  • Parents holding, Active grants and Value outstanding.
  • A Holders list with each parent, the purchase date, the expiry date and the value left. A holder's status can be Active, Exhausted, Expired or Voided.

Stop selling a package

  1. Find the package on the Active tab.
  2. Tap Retire.

The package moves to the Retired tab. Parents who already bought it keep using it. To sell it again, open the Retired tab and tap Reactivate.

You cannot edit a package after you create it. To change the price or the days, retire it and create a new one.
