Switch between your centers

If you own or work at more than one center, you can switch between them with the center switcher.

Who sees the switcher

The switcher appears only when your login is linked to two or more centers. That includes centers you own and centers where you are a staff member. With one center, you see only its name.

Switch to another center

On a computer:

1. Click your center name at the top of the left sidebar. Under the name, you see how many centers you have, for example "3 centers".
2. Click the center you want to open.

On the phone app:

1. Tap your center name at the top of the screen.
2. Tap the center you want to open.

A check mark shows the center that is open now. After you switch, the app reloads and opens the home page for the new center.

What changes when you switch

Everything in the app shows data for the selected center only: bookings, messages, clients, reviews, packages, earnings and settings. Check the center name at the top before you make a change.

Your access can be different at each center. You might own one center and be a staff member with limited permissions at another. The menu shows only the pages you can use at the center that is open.

The app remembers your choice on that device. Next time you open the app, it opens the same center.

View a center's public page

To see the page parents see, open the center, then tap View your center at the top of the screen on a computer. On the phone app, tap the open-link icon next to the notification bell.

A center is missing

If a center you run is not in the list, chat with us and tell us which center it is.

Need help?

Chat with us: click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner, or click your name at the bottom of the left sidebar, then Help, then Contact support. On the phone, tap More, then Contact support.
