Claim your center

To join DropIn, you find your center in our list of licensed centers and claim it, or add it yourself if it is not there.

Create your account

1. On the sign-in screen, under New center?, tap Register here.
2. Enter your name, work email and (optionally) your phone number, then tap Continue. You can also use Google or Apple.
3. Enter the 6-digit code we send to your email and tap Verify & continue.

Find your center

Most licensed centers are already in our system, so start with a search.

1. On the Find your center screen, type your center's name or address (at least 3 characters).
2. Tap your center in the list. It is now yours, and you go to the next step.

If you signed in with the wrong account, tap Not you? Log out and start again.

If your center is not in the list

Under Don't see your center? you have two options.

Search Google

1. Type your center's name in the Google search box and pick it.
2. If the place matches a listing we already have, you claim that listing.
3. If the place does not look like a childcare center, you see a warning. Tap Search again, or Yes, continue anyway if it is your center.

Add it manually

1. Tap Add it manually.
2. Fill in Center name, Center type, Street address, City, State, ZIP and State license number.
3. Tap Continue.
4. If we find similar centers, you see Is your center one of these? Tap This is mine to claim the right one, or None of these, create new.

We verify your license before you can get paid. See "Verify your license".

If your center is already registered

Each center can be claimed only once, so a center that someone already claimed does not show in the search. If you find it with Search Google, you see a message that it is already registered on DropIn. On the list of possible matches, it shows Claimed and you cannot pick it.

If it is your center, tap Chat with support (or Contact support) and we will sort it out. Do not create a second listing for the same center.

What happens next

After you claim your center, you check your center details and sign the center agreement. See "Confirm your details and go live".

Need help?

Chat with us: click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner, or click your name at the bottom of the left sidebar, then Help, then Contact support. On the phone, tap More, then Contact support.
