# Follow your child's day

## The Live tab

The middle tab in the app is **Live**. On a booking day it shows:

- The booking status: **Confirmed for Today**, **Checked In** or **Overtime**
- Buttons to **Message**, **Call** or get **Directions** to the center
- Your child's allergies, diet, medications and emergency contact
- The latest care updates

On other days it shows your **Next Booking**, or **Find Childcare** if you have none.

## Care updates

After check-in, the center can post updates during the day: meals, snacks, naps, diapers, activities, milestones, mood, medication, photos and notes. If something happens, the center records it as an incident, and you get a safety alert.

Tap **View all** on the Live tab, or **Care Log** on the booking, to see the whole day. At the end of the day there can be a **Daily summary**.

## Message the center

Open the **Messages** tab. Each center has one conversation, with:

- A **General** thread for any question
- One thread for each booking, with your child's name and the date

You can send text and photos, or call the center. To start a conversation, open the center page and tap **Message**.
