# Read your Earnings screen

The Earnings screen shows what you earned, the fees and where each payout is.

## Open the screen

- On a computer, click **Earnings & Payouts** in the menu.
- On your phone, tap **Earnings** in the bottom bar.

Your earnings are on the **Overview** tab.

## Summary cards

At the top are three cards: **This Month**, **This Week** and **Today**. A week runs Monday to Sunday.

- The large number is your net earnings: what you receive after all fees.
- The line below shows the gross amount and the platform fee. The card processing fee also comes off, so gross minus the platform fee is a little more than the large number.
- The badge counts the bookings and package sales in that period.

Bookings count on the day of care. Package sales count on the day the parent bought the package.

When the bar below the cards says **Stripe Connected**, tap **Open Stripe Dashboard** to see the money Stripe sends to your bank.

## Last 30 days chart

The **Last 30 Days** chart shows one bar per day, with the 30-day total at the top. On a computer, point at a bar to see that day's amount. The chart takes off the platform fee only, so it can read a little higher than your net earnings.

## Earnings Breakdown table

The table lists every paid booking and package sale for the period you pick: **Today**, **This Week**, **This Month** or **Last Month**.

Each row shows:

- **Date**: the day of care, or the purchase day for a package sale. Click a booking's date to open it.
- **Child** and **Slot**. For a package sale, these show the package (for example "10-day package") and the parent's name.
- **Gross**: the amount the parent paid.
- **Fee**: the DropIn platform fee.
- **Net**: what you receive, after the platform fee and the card processing fee.
- **Payout**: where the money is. See "Why a payout is delayed or not paid" for every status.

A day the parent paid for with a package shows **Prepaid package** and a net of $0.00. You were already paid for it when the parent bought the package.

## Export to a spreadsheet

1. Pick the period in the table.
2. Click **CSV**.

The file has the rows shown in the table, with separate **Platform Fee** and **Stripe Fee** columns. Prepaid package days and demo bookings have blank Gross and fee cells, so your totals do not count them twice.

The **CSV** button is on the website only, not in the phone app.
