# Prepaid packages

Some centers sell packages: you prepay a number of days and save on each booking.

## Buy a package

1. Open the center page. If the center sells packages, you see **Buy a package**.
2. Choose a package and pay.

A package works only at the center where you bought it.

## Use a package

When you book at that center, the package pays automatically. The summary shows **Paid from your package**.

A morning costs less than a full day, so the number of days in the app is an estimate. The package value goes down by the price of each session you book.

You cannot use a package and a coupon on the same booking.

## If you cancel a booking

The value goes back to your package. The refund summary shows **Back on your package**.

## Cancel a package

You can cancel a package for a **full refund within 7 days** of buying it, if you have not used a day. Open the package in your wallet and tap **Cancel package**. We refund you the way you paid.

After 7 days, or after you use a day, the package cannot be refunded.

## Expiry

Each package has an end date. Open the package in your wallet to see the date and what happens to unused days.

Package statuses: **Active**, **Used up**, **Expired** or **Cancelled**.
