# Use the Marketing tools

The **Marketing** section gives you a printable flyer and ready-made code for your website, all linked to your referral code.

## Who can use it

We are rolling out the **Marketing** section to centers gradually. If you do not see **Marketing** in your menu, your center does not have it yet. If you open the page anyway, you see "Marketing materials are not available yet".

Staff members also need the **Marketing** permission.

## Open Marketing

On a computer, click **Marketing** in the left sidebar under **Business**. On the phone app, tap **More** in the bottom tab bar, then **Marketing**.

The section has two tabs: **Materials** and **Website**.

## Set up your brand

Materials are co-branded with DropIn, so you need two things first:

1. **Your logo**: tap **Upload logo**. The logo must be at least 300 pixels tall (any width). 600 pixels or more is better. A transparent PNG works best.
2. **Your short name**: type a name of up to 24 characters, then tap **Save name**. The preview shows how it prints, for example "LADYBUG OFFERS".

To change either one later, tap **Edit** on the **Your brand** card.

## Download the flyer

On the **Materials** tab, find the **"1 free full day" flyer**. It is made for your front desk, tour folders and local noticeboards.

1. Check the invite code on the card. The flyer prints with it.
2. Tap **Download PDF**.

The button stays off until you add both your logo and your short name.

## Add DropIn to your website

1. Open the **Website** tab.
2. Choose an item from the list:
   - **Book on DropIn button**
   - **Get the app badges** (App Store and Google Play)
   - **Scan to book QR**
   - **Listed on DropIn badge** (this also works in Gmail and Outlook email signatures)
   - **Co-branded section** (the offer, a QR code and two buttons in one block)
3. Pick the **Options** you want, such as style and size, and check the **Preview**.
4. Under **Paste this into your website**, tap **Copy code**. If your website builder only lets you add a button with a link, tap **Copy link only**.
5. Under **Where do I paste it?**, choose **WordPress**, **Squarespace**, **Wix** or **Other** to see the steps for your site.

Your star rating can show on the button only after you have 5 reviews.

**Live spots this week** is marked "Soon" and is not ready yet.

## See your results

Each item on the **Website** tab shows numbers for the last 30 days: **New families** (via your code, from all sources), **Clicks** and **Views (est.)**.
