# Leave a review

Your review helps other parents choose a center, and helps the center improve.

## Write a review

After a visit is complete, open the booking in **Bookings > Past** and tap **Leave a review**.

1. Give 1 to 5 stars.
2. Under **What went well?**, tap the tags that fit, for example Friendly Staff, Safe Environment or My Child Was Happy.
3. If you give fewer than 5 stars, you can also choose tags under **What could improve?**
4. Add more detail if you want.
5. Tap **Submit review**.

## Edit a review

You can edit your review for **48 hours** after you send it. Open the booking and tap **Edit review**.

## Where reviews show

Your review shows on the center's page. The center can reply, and the reply shows under your review.
