# Delete your account

Deleting your account cannot be undone. Before you delete it:

- Cancel any upcoming bookings you do not need.
- Use your DropIn credits, packages and coupons, or ask us about them first.

## Delete your account

1. Go to **Account > Danger Zone**.
2. Tap **Delete Account**.
3. Type **DELETE** and tap **Delete My Account**.
4. Confirm.

You are signed out.

## What happens

- You lose access to the account permanently.
- You cannot sign in again with the same email address.
- Your push notifications and saved settings are removed.

## What we keep

Centers and DropIn must keep some records:

- Your booking history with centers
- Payments, invoices and wallet records
- Care logs and the reviews you left
