# Contact DropIn support

## Chat with us in the app

- Tap the chat bubble at the bottom right of the **Home** screen, or
- Go to **Account > Contact support**.

Our team replies in the chat. If you leave the app, we can also reply by email.

> Don't see the chat bubble or **Contact support**? Update DropIn to the latest version in the App Store or Google Play. Until then, you can email us or chat on the website.

## Questions for your center

For questions about your child's day, pickup times or the center's rules, message the center directly. Open the center page and tap **Message**, or use the **Messages** tab.

## Urgent safety issue at the center?

Call the center first. You can call from the **Live** tab or the **Messages** tab. In an emergency, call 911.
