# Centers that are not on DropIn yet

DropIn shows many licensed centers in your area, also centers that do not use DropIn yet. These centers have the **Unclaimed** label.

## What you can do

You cannot book or message an unclaimed center in the app. You can:

- **Make Inquiry**: tell the center you are interested.
- **Directions**: open the center in Apple Maps or Google Maps.

## Send an inquiry

1. Open the center page and tap **Make Inquiry**.
2. Select the children you want care for.
3. Choose a **Preferred time**: Morning, Afternoon or Evening.
4. Add a message if you want (up to 500 characters).
5. Tap **Send Inquiry**.

We tell the center about your inquiry. When the center joins DropIn, you can book it in the app.
