# How to book childcare

You book sessions that the center sets up, for example Morning, Afternoon or Full Day. You can book up to 90 days ahead.

## Book a session

1. Open a center page and tap **Book Now**.
2. **Select Date & Time.** Choose **Single Day** or **Multiple Days**, pick the date, then pick a time slot. Each slot shows its hours and the price.
3. **Select Child.** You can book more than one child at once.
4. **Select Room.** Choose the room for each child's age group.
5. **Review & Confirm.** Check the summary, add **Notes for the Center** if you want, and read the **Child Care Services Agreement**. Tick the box to agree.
6. Tap **Confirm & Pay**.

You see **Booking Confirmed!** and a booking number. We also email you a confirmation and a PDF copy of your signed agreement.

## Book several days

Choose **Multiple Days**, then tap the days, or use a quick pick such as **Every Mon** or **Weekdays**.

- With **Same time every day** on, one time slot applies to every day.
- Turn it off to pick a different time for each day.

## Is my booking confirmed right away?

Yes. When your payment goes through, your booking is **Confirmed**. The center does not need to accept it.

## Why can't I book?

- **Already has a booking on this date**: your child already has a booking that day.
- **Age group not served by this center**: the center has no room for your child's age.
- **No rooms available**: try a different time slot.

## Your bookings

The **Bookings** tab shows **Upcoming**, **Active** and **Past** bookings. Open a booking to:

- See the **Drop In** QR code
- **Get Directions** or **Message Center**
- **Add to Calendar**
- View the signed **Child Care Agreement**
- **Modify Booking** or **Cancel Booking**
